• Log in or create an account to start the request via the orange button 'Start return request'. 

• Enter the item number.

  The site will give you a suggestion. If it is correct, click on it and you can add the item to your warranty request using the orange button 'Add product to your request'.

  
  

• Fill in the required information to complete the request
• Unless a product was purchased directly from Smartwares (e.g., spare parts), you don't need to enter an invoice number. In this case, use '00000'.

You will receive a confirmation of your request by mail. In the subject of the mail you will find the RMA number, with this number the warranty request is known to us.
