IP cameras are designed to operate in your network and over the internet. Due to this the performance can vary depending on your connection speeds to the internet from both where the camera is located and also what device and connection you are using to try to view it.
For example, if you are away from home and trying to access the camera over the internet from your phone then you will need to make sure the WiFi you are using is stable and has good speeds. At the same time if you are using mobile data then you should try to ensure good connection speeds over 3G or 4G.
If you are in an area with poor mobile data connection then you may have difficulty connecting to the camera or seeing a stable video feed.
