If the camera does not answer check the following;
- Check whether the camera recognizes the Micro SD card;
- Open the
'HomeWizard Cameras' -app
- Go to
'Options' in the list viewless from the camera.
- Then press
'Recordings'
- Then click on
'Recording settings'
- Look at the available storage under capacity
- If the Micro SD card is not recognised you will not be able to continue with Recordings.
- If this is the case, please refer to 'If your Micro SD card is not recognized'. Als dit het geval is, raadpleeg dan 'If your Micro SD card is not recognised'.
- Then click on
- Open the
- Check with the recording settings whether Only on detection or always on.
- Open the
'HomeWizard Cameras' -app
- Go to
'Options' in the list viewless from the camera.
- Then press
'Recordings'
- Then click on
'Recording settings'
- At 'Only on detection' or 'Always record' the camera will record.
- Then click on
- Open the
- Check that your detection is not set too low.
- Open the
'HomeWizard Cameras'-app
- Go to
'Options' in the list viewless from the camera.
- Then press
'Detection'
- Adjust the detection with a level higher
- Open the
When the camera still can not record
If the Micro SD card is recognised but you still can not record, format the Micro SD card.
PAY ATTENTION
All data on the Micro SD card (camera recordings) will be deleted.
- Open the
'HomeWizard Cameras'-app
- Go to
'Options' in the list viewless from the camera.
- Then press
'Recordings'
- Then click on
'Format SD-card'
- Confirm by pressing 'Reformat'
- Then click on
