Use Multiple Smart Switches

It is possible to add more than 1 Smart Switch to the HomeWizard-lite app and quickly switch between the different Smart Switches. Think of use at different locations such as an office or vacation home, or even multiple Smart Switchea within a very large house, garden house, etc. Important to know:


  • On the'Homescreen' on the HomeWizard-lite app, press the name of the Smart Switch in the top center of the screen. If several Smart Switchs have been added to your HomeWizard account, a drop-down menu will pop up and you can easily select which Smart Switch you want to control.
  • The Smart Switch operates stand alone. You will not see a combined list of all switches in the app, only the devices connected to the selected Smart Switch.


Add an additional Smart Switch to your account

The following action assumes that you have already configured one Smart Home Controller and use HomeWizard-Lite app.

Clickon the smartphone that you are using.

Instruction for iPhone

  1. Open the  'HomeWizard-lite' app on your iPhone.
  2. You enter  'Home' (mainscreen)
  3. Press  'Settings' in the bottom right corner.
  4. Press 'Add New Controller' to add additional Smart Switches to your existing HomeWizard account.
    • Follow the instructions to (re)configure a Smart Switch.

  5. After the configuration, the additional Smart Switch has been added to your HomeWizard account.

Instructies voor Android 

  1. Open the  'HomeWizard-lite' app on your Andriod Smartphone.
  2. You enter 'mainscreen'
  3. Press 'Settings' on het menu.
  4. Press a  'Smart Switch'
  5. Press 'Add New Controller' to add an additional Smart Switch to your HomeWizard-acount.
  6. Click 'Okay, let's start'
    • Follow the instructions to (re)configure a Smart Switch.

  7. After the configuration, the additional Smart Switch has been added to your HomeWizard account.
 Congratulations, you have added an additional Smart Switch to your HomeWizard account. You can now easily switch from one Smart Switch to the other Smart Switch in the dropdown menu at the top of the main screen.
